Flanders Consulting Ltd was founded in 2007 to provide high quality consultancy to clients in the early stages of IT and business change programmes. Too many projects continue to fall due to problems during project definition phases : loosely defined requirements, incomplete analysis and incoherent designs lead to failure.

Flanders Consulting Ltd was set up as an independent consultancy to help clients throughout the project lifecycle: we engage in requirements gathering, detailed analysis/ design as well as rigorous project planning, management and control.
